I have taken pictures of very poor places and people and I have taken pictures of rich people and place in Cairo. But because I thought that Poverty was too ‘cliché’ I did something different. I used Photoshop to put the rich people in the poor places, and the poor people in the rich places. I did that because I wanted to show that people’s judgment has become something that is unthinkable. When we look at a picture, we instantly judge the person or the background, and I wanted to prove my point by having odd images so people would realize that they already judge people by their clothes or background, not by their personality. The theme is showing the gap between rich and poor, and how people judge a photograph before understanding it, that is why the theme is named Two Worlds Collide.
