My project was about taking photos of strangers on the streets. As I drove from place to place I looked around the street thinking about interesting people that I should take a picture of. So whenever I saw some one that looked interesting I stopped and ask them to take a photo of them. Everyone I stopped for was very surprisingly agreeable about me taking a photo of them and they were all some of the nicest people I ever met. Just before I took their pictures almost everyone started adjusting their clothes and a lot of them asked, “what should I do?” This made me realize that people judge each other and especially those that they perceive as simple workers that people start to rethink how they should look and act to be perceived in a better image. That’s why all my photos are just those strangers’ faces, which I think, says a lot more than their clothes.
